Imari ware bowl decorated with floral design against diaper ground in underglaze blue, overglaze enemels and gold. It is a wonderful work that can be said to be the finest model in Koimari.
There is a similar item in the Toguri Museum, but there is only one pot that has been handed down, and this work is a set of two pieces, large and small, and is for the highest quality offering (for shoguns, emperors, etc.) This Koimari is a compilation of the finest technologies made in Japan.
